Your mission
Let us ​guess: you are tired of boring support activities that ​repeat from day to day. You are looking for some bigger purpose that challenges your mastery? Join our techie ​team and ​provide ​our enterprise customers with best-in-class support.

  • You record, process, document and solve product-specific support requests - your holistic responsibility
  • You run in-depth analysis, reproduce problems and provide solutions or workarounds 
  • You provide input for publications such as white papers and training materials
  • You are responsible for the administration and maintenance of our test systems
Your profile
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English and German 
  • Experience in 1st or 2nd level support as well as in the area of incident management
  • Technical degree in computer science or training in IT- systems management
  • Sound knowledge of Windows 7, 8, 10 and Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019 as well as Active Directory
  • Experience with terminal servers, desktop virtualisation techniques 
  • Knowledge in the areas of network technology, firewall, DMZ and proxy server
